We have partnered with several local service providers ranging from HVAC, Roofing, Pool Services, Pest Control, Window Cleaning, and many more. A full list of services and their discounts are made available once members join. Have a service you would like to add to the list? Use our contact form and reach out and a representative will message you within 24hrs.

By pooling our collective purchasing power, we negotiate better rates with local service providers. For example when the community uses the same pool service or pest control provider, the provider is able to save costs on travel and marketing, allowing them to pass a discount to our community.

If you encounter an issue with services received, please note that the Montelena Savings Club is solely a platform connecting residents with service providers. We do not oversee or guarantee the quality of services. Any concerns should be addressed directly with the provider. We recommend reviewing terms and agreements with the vendor and providing feedback to us to ensure we maintain a list of trusted partners for the community.

After you join and fill out a quick survey about the services you currently use, you will be given access to the 'Neighbors Network,' a private online community just for Montelena. There you will be able to interact with other neighbors as well as view a full list of our partners and their exclusive discounts!
